Folio Instruments offers on site warranty support, equipment calibration. All repairs and calibrations follow precise requirements set out by the manufacturers.

Folio Instruments is the only authorized service center in Canada for the equipment we represent. Folio instruments is a proudly Canadian, fully bilingual, company and we provide Canadian Safety Association CSA Certification on all instruments and equipment. Our safety program includes regular in-house safety training, Workmen's Compensation and full liability coverage.
Platinum Extended Warranty Program
This program extends the warranty of the instrument and should be considered by clients who require priority service with reduced down time at a fixed annual cost.

Silver Labor Only Program
This program is for our clients who have multiple instruments in their laboratory from Folio Instruments. Clients will be buying a block of hours up front at a reduced rate saving annual costs. This also includes priority response and annual maintenance visits.

• Annual Preventative Maintenance as per manufacturer's specifications
• Manufactures check off list
• Annual calibration certificates
• Firmware and software updates as available
• Review training for new and existing users
• Priority Phone support for one year
• Block hours can be applied to hourly work, travel time and install of new instruments
• Parts and consumable are extra, if required
• Un-used hours maybe carried over 1 year with the renewal at the same level in the New Year
Bronze Preventative Maintenance Program
This program is for our clients who want to reduce their down time and want an annual calibration certificate for their instrument following strict manufactures guidelines. Folio will preform the preventative maintenance work as suggested by the instrument manufacturer.
