The safety of our employees and customers is the primary purpose of this policy.

• All Folio employees visiting and dealing directly with clients are required to have an updated Covid vaccination and provide proof of status.

• Proof of vaccination status will be presented if requested by a client.

• All Folio employees will wear a mask during site visits if they can not socially distance or requested it from the client.

• Customer’s visiting Folio Instruments will require to wear a mask.
